In the distance you can see trawlers come back into the harbour. Waves roll in like a bulldozer.the blue ocean was calm peaceful and beautiful. Not far from the shore I can see seagulls diving into the blue sea. Twinkling stars shone while hoots of owls filled the air. The beautiful mist looked like pink and blue cotton candy.
One sunny morning Mum, Rata, Ariki, and
I went horse riding up to Mrs Masters and past
up to the pines I could hear the horses
hooves making a clip clop clip clop noise.
As we cantered, Rata fell off his horse and so he hopped on with me. He was OK after that. Ariki done good, but mum done much better. But still, it was not a competition.
I was happy because we had fun.
